Thank you for making it possible to meet an urgent need in the prison. In Haiti, a prisoner is dependent upon his family to bring him food daily. If his family does not provide for him, he does not eat. The police commissioner in Jeremie reached out to ESMI staff for assistance as there was a desperate need. Because of your donation, that need was met! To God be the glory! What a powerful way to later go back and share the Gospel!

More than 50 pastors in Mirebalais gathered together to express their thanks! They were so encouraged to know that Christians in the USA are thinking of them! They felt immensely blessed! Several of these pastors had not eaten for three days! With the food provided, they are able to care for their family and their communities! Thanks for making this possible!
Photo to the right shows the bags of rice, flour, wheat, etc. that were given to the Mirebalais pastors. We praise God for the favor He has granted ESMI in finding food in Haiti from one of the top distributors. All the food is being bought at a reasonable price and not at black market cost! To God be the glory!

Most schools did not re-open today, Monday, December 2, as proposed by the Minister of Education. Pray for continued wisdom and peace as violence continues.
Pray for meetings this week with ESMI leaders on continued food relief strategy
Pray for safety of ESMI pastors and leaders as they serve
Pray for the Gospel proclamation as "felt needs" are met and that many more will come to a personal knowledge of Christ as their Lord and Savior.
